CNN Commentator compares Hillary Clinton to Glen Close in Fatal Attraction

That's right.  A commentator on CNN compared Hillary Clinton to the Glen Close character in Fatal Attraction.  A character that is portrayed as profoundly psychotic and violently unstable.  Is this funny?  Should we just laugh this off like the Iron My Shirt guys?  Is this funny like the t-shirt that says, "Bros before Hos" and has Barack and Hillary's picture?

It's not funny and it's not okay.

Here is the video:

Barack Obama's revisionist history

Throughout this campaign, Barack Obama and his supporters have tried to distort and engage in revisionist history when it comes to the legacy of Bill Clinton (On a side note, I thought Obama was running to be a democratic nominee?  I'm not sure how this is a message of unity by degenerating the record of the longest serving Democratic President since FDR).

Now I know this may be "bitter" pill to swallow for Obama supporters who think Obama is just the "greatest" because he's so hip and cool and inspiring, but here is a little history lesson for you on what actually occurred during the 1990's under a Clinton Administration.

I'll let the facts speak for themselves:

Obama's campaign "is about politics, not policies."

It looks like Obama's campaign is a little off message here.  This sort of talk is for behind closed doors in campaign strategy room.  You're not supposed to come out and just say what you're campaign is about, right?

Max Lesko, Pennsylvania Regional organizer for Barack Obama

"Lesko, speaking for the Obama campaign, could not help him with his issues checklist. "I don't want to sound like a broken record," Lesko said, "but this campaign is about politics, not policies."

I mean, who cares about policies as long as he gives a great speech, right?  It's not like policies matter.

A liar and who will do anything to get elected!

Did anyone see the statements from this article:

"In most instances listed, Hillary Clinton's misstatements are more than verbal miscues. Rather, like SNL's Liar, Clinton can't resist misappropriating someone else's life experience as though it were his own. Her alleged trip to Bosnia to visit the war-torn areas? An outright lie. Her alleged role in the development of the Children's Health Insurance Program? An outright lie.   Her alleged involvement in securing peace in Northern Ireland? An outright lie. Not exaggerations. Not misstatements. Not malaprops. Just lies."

"By contrast, the listed misstatements by Obama are all cases of exaggeration at worst, and more often of mere malapropism."

This sounds pretty recent, doesn't it?  But this article wasn't written recently.  It was never written at all.  At least not with Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama being the subjects.  It was written in 2000.  Here is the actual passage from an article that was printed on October 14, 2000 entitled: CALL THEM WHAT YOU WANT, BUT GORE'S MISSTATEMENTS ARE LIES.

"In most instances listed, Gore's misstatements are more than verbal miscues. Rather, like SNL's Liar, Gore can't resist misappropriating someone else's life experience as though it were his own. His alleged trip to Texas with the FEMA director to visit the disaster areas? An outright lie. His alleged role in the development of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve? An outright lie. His alleged childhood tradition of going to sleep to the "Look for the Union Label" song as a "lullaby"? An outright lie. Not exaggerations. Not misstatements. Not malaprops. Just lies."

"By contrast, the listed misstatements by Bush are all cases of exaggeration at worst, and more often of mere malapropism."
